Ways to Nourish Your Body

Think of something you enjoy doing. Anything. Consider how you might include that delightful activity into your daily routine: perhaps you can take your bike out to work, take your children on a short hike, or even rake the leaves with your family. Let's come up with some activities that you can easily fit into your schedule.

Add More Color To Your Diet

Eat healthily. That is to say, eat well. The number of studies that support a plant-based and whole-food diet for human health is just about as vast as the number of studies that support exercising. Processed carbs and other inflammatory, insulin-releasing, sugar-spiking foods should be avoided. Try to find items that grow on trees or plants. The more vibrant the vegetable or fruit is, the more nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants it contains, as well as healthier.  

Multivitamins as well as other supplements aren't as effective as they once were. We understand that switching to veganism isn't for everybody and is also pretty expensive but you can at least try adding more variety to your diet.   • Dry skin cleaning promotes lymph flow.
  • Make some time at night for a nice hot bath.

Get that Fresh Air and Sunlight!

Trees, wildflowers, meadows, wildlife, and sunlight all give you peace of mind, de-stress, and also feel replenished from the inside out. Enjoying some clean air and Vit D is indeed a terrific way of feeling more rejuvenated, whether that's throughout the day or somewhere on the weekend. Get away from your to-do list for a while and return to work with a clear mind. Go for a walk in the middle of the day. Allow nature to nourish your soul and body.
